Hello, I am Riccardo De Vincenzi. I have always worked in the tourism sector, ever since I was a child and loved immersing myself in the atmosphere of travel. The idea for the blog “viaggi RI viaggi” stems from my passion for tourism and sharing my knowledge and experience in the world of travel. “viaggi RI viaggi” stands for “travel and re-travel” and with Riccardo, you travel.
LET ME TELL YOU A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF!
My father opened an agency in Paceco, in the province of Trapani, back in 1980, called Torre Ligny Viaggi.
In 1995, I graduated from the Institute for Tourism in Trapani and immediately started working permanently in the family agency. Meanwhile, I attended numerous training courses to specialize in the tourism sector.
From 1995 until today, I have organized many trips around the world, accompanying numerous groups.
In 1999, we opened another office in Trapani City, which became a branch of CTS (Centro Turistico e Studentesco).
In 2002, we received an important recognition: we were awarded as the best CTS POINT in Italy.
In 2003, I made my first visit to Russia, where I established contacts with several tour operators. Since then, I started organizing tourist packages for Western Sicily, specializing in incoming tourism to Sicily. As a tour operator, we have participated in various fairs across Europe for years.
In 2006, I started creating the first groups of Italians as a tour operator, personally assembling trips to Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, and the Baltic Republics.
Since 2017, I have been collaborating with a tour operator in St. Petersburg, Velikiy Tour.
In 2020, we received the award for the 2nd best tour operator in the Leningrad Region.
Today, I consider myself a specialist in tourism to Italy, with a focus on Sicily, but I also have experience with some European countries such as Spain, the Baltic Republics, Uzbekistan, Armenia, Georgia, and Russia.
